Supermodels is a creative app by Phototype Labs. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use the app responsibly

Keep your account secure. Only upload content you have permission to use, including images, voices and personal information. Do not use the app for illegal activity, harmful impersonation, abuse or to bypass safety controls. You must follow the usage rules that apply to the model you choose.

Your content and commercial use

You keep your rights to your inputs. You give us permission to process them to run the app and create your outputs. If you publish content through a public profile or Showcase, you also let us display and distribute that content through those features.

We offer a commercial-use license for all generations made in Supermodels, subject to the license, API terms and usage restrictions of each implemented model. This includes using outputs in client work, products and marketing where those terms permit it. We comply with the applicable third-party integration terms; our license grants only the rights those terms allow and does not override them.

The existing model catalog shows the available models. Each generation is governed by the terms applicable to its selected model when it is created. Model-specific restrictions, attribution requirements and third-party rights still apply. Contact us if you need the applicable terms for a particular model.

Review before you publish

AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your purpose. Review them before use. Commercial permission does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance of someone else’s trademarks, likeness or other rights.

Prices and availability

The app shows generation prices and wallet charges. Check these before submitting a request. Features, models and prices may change, and service can be interrupted. Payment and refund rights required by law still apply.

Service and changes

We may restrict access for misuse. The app is provided as available; to the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular result. These terms do not limit rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. We will post updates here and give notice of material changes where required.

Credits & licenses

Thanks to the people and projects whose work helped shape this app. These notices cover the app’s design assets and typefaces; generation rights are described above.

Image-flow effect

The image-flow animation is adapted from Unwoven by Clément Grellier, featured on Codrops. Unwoven is distributed under the MIT License; its copyright and permission notice are included in the Unwoven license.

Vortex gallery

The public profile vortex is adapted from Vortex Gallery by J0SUKE. The MIT copyright and permission notice is included in the Vortex Gallery license.

Scroll curve effect

The scroll-driven SVG curve treatment is adapted from On-Scroll SVG Path Animations by Codrops and its tutorial. The source is distributed under the MIT License; its copyright and permission notice are included in the Codrops license.

Typefaces

The OFL typefaces permit use on websites without a visible acknowledgement. Their copyright notices and license texts are provided here because the font files are bundled with this app. Impact Label’s license permits website embedding and commercial use, but requires prior permission to distribute the font as part of a for-profit product. Confirm permission for this app’s distribution with Tension Type.
